Will my county accept a non-certified site plan?

Yes, most counties accept non-certified site plans when submitted alongside signed/sealed drawings from your licensed contractor or engineer. The site plan documents the property layout; the engineer or contractor stamps the structural work.

What do I need to provide?

Just your property address. We handle the rest using aerial imagery and parcel data from public records. You can include optional notes for the drafter if there are features that may not appear in the aerial view.

How long does it take?

What format is the site plan delivered in?
