1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Verification
The HomeProBadge verification process involves identity verification and criminal background screening conducted by third-party providers. Results are subject to provider accuracy and applicable law.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Badge purchases are non-refundable once verification processing has begun. Subscription fees are billed monthly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications, submit false information, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
HomeProBadge and ScreenForge Labs LLC provide this platform as-is. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party verification results or any damages arising from use of the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
