These Terms of Service govern your use of HomeProBadge, a product of ScreenForge Labs LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Verification & FCRA

The HomeProBadge verification process involves Didit identity verification and FCRA-compliant criminal background screening (Data Divers via ScreenForge Labs). You authorize these checks on yourself when you complete verification. Results are subject to provider accuracy and applicable law. See our FCRA disclosure for your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

3. Payments & AI Credits

Payments are processed through Stripe. The $5 verification fee is non-refundable once processing has begun. AI credit packs are pay-as-you-go — credits never expire. There is no monthly subscription for service pro tools (Free Perks are included at no charge).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications, submit false information, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

HomeProBadge and ScreenForge Labs LLC provide this platform as-is. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party verification results or any damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
