ScreenForge Labs LLC operates HomeProBadge. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, business information, uploaded media, and payment information processed through Stripe. For verification, third-party providers process identity and background check data.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the platform, process verifications, generate AI content, facilitate payments, and improve our services.
Data Sharing
We share data with: Stripe (payments), verification providers (identity checks), and AI providers (content generation). We do not sell personal data.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures. Verification data is minimized and handled according to provider requirements and applicable law.
Background Checks & FCRA
When you apply for HomeProBadge verification, we obtain a consumer report about you under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Criminal background screening is performed by Data Divers through the ScreenForge Labs screening proxy. Identity verification uses Didit biometric verification. See our FCRA disclosure for your rights, including the right to dispute inaccurate information.
Third-Party Processors
Didit — biometric identity verification (government ID and selfie). Didit processes identity data according to their privacy policy. We do not store raw biometric templates.
Data Divers — FCRA-compliant criminal background screening, accessed via ScreenForge Labs. No direct Data Divers credentials are stored in this application.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@homeprobadge.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
